Warren County

Warren County is one of Ohio’s fastest-growing regions. It increases an average of 26% since 2000. It’s population estimate is 200,000 which is an average of 17 new residents added daily. Warren county has a higher percentage of “excellent” school districts than most of Ohio’s 88 counties.

Warren County Offers:

Kings Island – One the of the Midwest’s largest theme parks with more than 80 rides and attractions. This park also offers an award-winning water park. Kings Island transforms into FearFest, the Midwest’s largest haunted park which features 11 horrifying attractions and trick or treat for the children.

The Great Wolf Lodge – The Great Wolf Lodge at Kings Island has over 400 lodge-themed suites. Children receive their own sleeping area with TV and video game consoles. The Great Wolf Lodge offers one of America’s largest indoor water parks, approximately 78,000 sq. ft., with 11 waterslides, 6 pools and an interactive treehouse waterfort.

La Comedia Dinner Theatre – The La Comedia Dinner Theatre is the nation’s 4th largest professional dinner theatre. 2007 offers hits such as “Steel Magnolias”, “Oklahoma, Grease” & “The Wizard of Oz”.

The Golden Lamb Inn – The Golden Lamb Inn & Restaurant is Ohio’s oldest operating inn and serves delicious American fare to diners. The Golden Lamb opened in 1803. This historical icon has hosted so many notable guests such as Charles Dickens, Mark Twain and twelve U.S. Presidents.

Warren County Historical Society Museum is the home to the largest display of Shaker artifacts in this country.

Ohio Sauerkraut Festival in Waynesville in October features 400 craft vendors and unique dishes.

Lebanon Horse-Drawn Carriage Parade & Christmas Festival features more than 100 anique carriages pulled by horses, majestic Clydesdales and many other horse breeds.
