Landen consists of 65-acre private Landen Lake which is available to residents for fishing, boating and sightseeing.

Landen is census designated in Deefield Township, Warren County, Ohio. It is located around Columbia Road and Montgomery Road in the southeastern part of the township. It surrounds Twenty Mile Stand and near Fosters.

Landen was named after the family that owned the farmland surrounding Twenty Mile Stand. There is a man made lake in the northern portion of Landen. This is one of the many focal points of the surrounding subdivisions.

Since Landen is within Deefield Township it is home to a major cinema complex, specialty shops, hiking trails, and many parks. In recent years the Board of Trustees expanded the Township park system which consists of athletic fields, Warren County’s first dog run, a fishing pond, picnic area, tennis and basketball courts and various baseball fields.

The Deerfield Towne Center lifestyle mall has about 60 retail shops and many fine restaurants. Upcoming entertainment complex that will offer more fun close to home.

There’s an abundance of community spirit in Deerfield Township that’s evident with the large attendance at the annual events such as the spring Art Show, Deerfield Days in September, October Halloween Festival, and the annual December Tree Lighting. These events provide residents and business the opportunity to celebrate this great community. Deerfield Day is the biggest event and offers booths, rides, demonstrations, great food and musical entertainment. There is much to do in Deerfield Township, a community of choice in Warren County!
